Your order
When you place an order, we send an email confirming we’ve received it. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch or “ready to collect” email. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If so, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Items become your responsibility once delivered or collected.
Cancellations and returns
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details and exceptions.
Faulty goods
Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. See our Warranty Policy.

We try to make sure product descriptions and images are accurate. Colours may vary slightly on screen. Brand names belong to their owners, and we are an independent retailer.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
