Where is my order?

You’ll get an email with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also check it on the Track Order page using your order number and email.

Can I collect my order from the shop?

Yes. Choose “Click and collect” at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready, usually the same day. Bring your order number when you collect.

Is an item on the website in stock at the shop?

Our website and shop share the same stock, so if a product shows as in stock online, we have it in store. For low-stock items, message us on WhatsApp to reserve one.

How do I return an item?

Unused items can be returned within 14 days, by post or at the counter. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the full steps.

Which charger or cable do I need?

Most recent iPhones and Samsung phones charge fastest with a 20W to 25W USB-C charger. Laptops and iPads usually need 45W to 90W. Tell us your device model and we’ll recommend the right charger and cable length.
