How much delivery costs, how long it takes, and how click and collect works.

Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Some Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands postcodes may take longer or carry an extra charge, which we show at checkout.
Order processing
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
We send phones and iPads by tracked, signed-for delivery. Accessories are sent by tracked delivery.
Click and collect
- Choose “Click and collect” at checkout.
- Wait for our “ready to collect” email, usually within a few hours during opening times.
- Visit our shop at Northern Ireland UK with your order number and photo ID.
We hold orders for 7 days. After that, we’ll contact you and may cancel and refund the order.
Tracking
You’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link. You can also use our Track Order page.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 2 working days of the expected date, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@asdigitaltech.co.uk and we’ll put it right.
